Recovery Supervisor

About the role

The Recovery Supervisor leads a team of Collections and Recovery agents, driving portfolio performance and improving recovery rates while ensuring compliance with company standards. This position requires strong leadership, coaching abilities, and a focus on accountability within a results‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and develop a team of Recovery/Collections agents to meet and exceed performance targets.
• Monitor daily metrics such as call activity, recovery rates, and key performance indicators.
• Provide real‑time feedback, call coaching, and ongoing training to enhance agent effectiveness.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance standards, and quality guidelines.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Implement action plans to boost productivity, efficiency, and revenue recovery.
• Handle escalated customer situations and support agents with complex cases.
• Partner with leadership to align team performance with broader business goals.
• Maintain team engagement, accountability, and a high‑performance culture.
