About the role

The Airport Commercial Promoter (AILA) is responsible for proactively engaging travelers as they enter the airport, identifying their needs, and turning each interaction into a sales opportunity while delivering an exceptional experience.

Key responsibilities

• Approach and greet travelers in high‑traffic airport areas.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
• Handle objections confidently and close sales within minutes.
• Record interactions and sales data using CRM tools.
• Process electronic payments via tablets or smartphones.
• Monitor and report on conversion rates, average ticket size, and daily sales targets.

Required profile

• Highly commercial personality with a strong results orientation.
• Comfortable initiating conversations with strangers and handling rejection.
• Competitive mindset with a focus on exceeding targets.
• Ability to build trust quickly and work under pressure.

Required skills

• Consultative and impulse sales techniques.
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Proficiency in using tablets, smartphones, and mobile applications.
• Knowledge of electronic payment processing.
• Basic understanding of commercial indicators (conversion, average ticket, closure rate).
• Intermediate to advanced English.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other digital tools.
