About the role

The Food Service Staff member ensures efficient, courteous, and high‑quality service for guests. This role is responsible for the proper preparation, presentation, and delivery of meals while maintaining hygiene and order in the work area.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Serve food and beverages according to established standards.
• Keep service areas clean, organized, and well‑stocked.
• Follow hygiene, food‑safety, and customer‑service regulations.
• Handle utensils and equipment responsibly.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a satisfying guest experience.

Required profile

• Completed high‑school education.
• Previous experience in customer service, restaurants, cafés or cafeterias (preferred).
• Strong service attitude, teamwork mindset, and good personal presentation.
• Responsibility, punctuality, and willingness to learn.
• Availability for rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
