OSH Admin Executive – Operations Support

About the role

As an OSH Admin Executive you will join TUI Musement’s global Operations Support Hub, providing essential administrative and financial support in a multicultural, virtual environment. You will act as a key link between business stakeholders, ensuring processes are aligned, compliant and risk‑free.

Key responsibilities

• Process global remote liquidations, control, reconcile and record data in relevant systems.
• Handle petty cash physically, count funds, record transactions and maintain secure payment handling.
• Ensure accurate, error‑free cash register operations and adherence to established policies.
• Support multiple business units by providing timely administrative assistance and maintaining high attention to detail.
• Respond to changing business needs with flexibility and adaptability.

Required profile

• Strong planning, administration and management skills, with finance or accounting education or experience.
• Ability to work independently and remotely in a fast‑paced virtual setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Experience in the travel industry or dealing with ambiguity in a multinational environment is valuable.
