About the role

PROSIGN is looking for a skilled CNC Operator to join its manufacturing team in Santo Domingo. The role focuses on precision cutting of polymers, wood, and aluminum using CNC equipment to support the production of signage and visual communication solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines safely and accurately according to job specifications.
• Set up, program, and execute cutting jobs using VCarve and AutoCAD files.
• Verify material dimensions, optimize material usage, and ensure high‑quality finished parts.
• Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and organization of the CNC workstation.
• Collaborate with production staff to meet project deadlines, including occasional Saturday work.

Required profile

• Proven experience operating CNC machines for cutting polymers, wood, and aluminum.
• Familiarity with VCarve software and basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Ability to read technical drawings and follow detailed specifications.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean, organized work environment.
