On Premise Key Account Specialist

About the role

As an On Premise Key Account Specialist you will be responsible for driving sustainable distribution and sales growth across key accounts in the on‑premise channel. You will work closely with restaurant, hotel, bar, gym and catering partners to ensure Red Bull’s market leadership is reinforced through strategic activation and strong commercial relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of activation plans for limited‑service and full‑service restaurant chains, hotels, bars, gyms, catering and vending partners.
• Coordinate commercial agreements, ensuring product visibility, availability and alignment with national plans.
• Collaborate with distributor sales teams and regional field forces to manage product rotation, pricing, execution and trade‑marketing initiatives.
• Deploy Red Bull tools, POS materials and activation guidelines at catering and vending points of sale.
• Define and maintain Joint Business Plans and growth plans tailored to each partner.
• Act as the internal liaison for key accounts, aligning Marketing, Sales, Distribution and Operations.
• Monitor consumption patterns, execution gaps and performance KPIs, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
