Medical Sales Representative – Adult Vaccines (Cardiorenometabolic)

About the role

GSK is seeking a Medical Sales Representative for its adult vaccines portfolio in the Dominican Republic. The role focuses on building scientific and commercial relationships with cardiologists, endocrinologists, nephrologists and other healthcare professionals to drive vaccine adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory and account strategic plans, identifying and prioritising business opportunities.
• Establish and maintain trusted relationships with specialists, nursing staff, pharmacies and administrative stakeholders.
• Conduct evidence‑based scientific conversations, addressing questions, objections and barriers related to vaccination.
• Tailor engagement strategies to the needs of each client and territory characteristics.
• Collect market insights and collaborate with Marketing, Medical and cross‑functional teams to translate them into impactful actions.
• Ensure all activities comply with GSK policies, local legislation and ethical standards.

Required profile

• University degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing, Health Sciences, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, medical representation or commercial roles within the health sector.
• Experience working with specialists, particularly in cardiology and/or endocrinology; nephrology experience is a plus.
• Ability to develop territory plans, analyse accounts and prioritise opportunities.
