Marketing Manager – Remote (Dominican Republic)

About the role

Sunbrite Outdoor Furniture is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead its digital presence as the company expands its national footprint. The role is fully remote, based with the team in the Dominican Republic, and offers full ownership of the marketing function from strategy to execution.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day content, merchandising and product presentation on the Shopify site.
• Monitor website health, resolve issues promptly, and drive ongoing SEO initiatives.
• Plan, create and execute HubSpot email campaigns for Hotel/Resort, Multifamily and Designer‑Purchasing Agent segments.
• Design, launch and optimise paid advertising campaigns on Google, Meta and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads.
• Produce social media graphics, email templates and ad creative using AI‑assisted design tools.
• Develop promotional materials such as flyers, brochures, trade‑show collateral and other print or digital assets.
• Act as brand guardian, ensuring consistent application of the brand system across all channels.
• Coordinate marketing assets for trade shows and industry events.
• Track and report campaign performance, adjusting tactics based on data.
• Monitor competitors and market trends, bringing fresh ideas to the team.
• Continuously improve marketing processes and systems as the business scales.

Required profile

• Fluent English (written and verbal).
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Proven experience running end‑to‑end marketing campaigns, including concept, paid execution and reporting.
• Hands‑on experience managing Shopify store content and merchandising.
• Experience with HubSpot or comparable CRM/email marketing platforms.
• Track record planning and managing paid ad campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads or similar.
• Comfortable creating own design assets using tools such as Canva, Adobe or Figma.
• Proficient with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Canva AI or similar) to accelerate content and design work.
• Working knowledge of SEO best practices and strong organisational skills.
• Self‑starter attitude with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
