Manufacturing Supervisor – Night Shift

About the role

Baxter is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor for the night shift (Turno A) to lead assembly and packing operations while ensuring compliance with manufacturing and quality regulations. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality products, maintaining efficiency, and supporting customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily indicators such as efficiency, production plan adherence, manufacturing defects, start‑up times and downtime.
• Maintain absenteeism levels in line with Baxter policies.
• Analyze weekly production plans and ensure volume commitments are met.
• Guarantee timely and accurate completion of production batch record transactions and documentation.
• Enforce SOP compliance, participate in SOP revisions, and communicate with support departments to resolve operational issues.
• Develop group leaders, material handlers and associates, fostering a world‑class environment and continuous improvement through EMS tools and Tier meetings.

Required profile

• Industrial Engineering degree or related field.
• 1‑3 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in an FDA‑regulated environment.
• At least one year of supervisory experience.
• Availability to work the 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM shift.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to act quickly with solutions.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
