Manager, Sales and Commercialization – Central America & Caribbean

About the role

Mastercard is looking for a Manager to lead sales and commercialization for the SME segment across Central America and the Caribbean. The role will drive product issuance, optimize portfolio performance and expand Mastercard’s market presence in the region. The manager will work closely with regional and global teams to align execution with broader corporate objectives and contribute to sustainable economic growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute the sales strategy, focusing on meeting defined objectives and driving business growth.
• Implement the go‑to‑market strategy for SME products in the CAM and CAB markets, collaborating with sales teams and new distribution channels.
• Manage a strategic portfolio of key accounts representing the majority of the annual target, allocating resources effectively.
• Build and maintain a dynamic sales pipeline, using Salesforce (SFDC) and cluster reports to track opportunities and ensure measurable results.
• Accelerate product issuance and promotion to increase sales volume and Mastercard’s presence in key markets.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with product and technology teams to tailor solutions for SME needs.
