Learning & Development Analyst - Bilingual

About the role

The Learning & Development Analyst supports regional learning, talent development, employee engagement and communication initiatives across Latin America. The role works closely with HR and business leaders to design, deliver and evaluate programs that enhance the employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute regional learning and development programs for Latin America.
• Develop and maintain training materials, facilitator guides and learning resources.
• Administer the Learning Management System (LMS) – course assignments, reporting and user support.
• Analyze learning and talent metrics, create dashboards and provide insights for business decisions.
• Manage English/Spanish language and professional development programs.
• Support leadership development initiatives, assessments and development planning.
• Lead employee recognition, engagement and culture‑building activities.
• Coordinate onboarding, anniversaries and organizational events.
• Produce internal communications related to learning, talent and engagement.
• Partner with regional HR teams and external vendors to ensure successful program delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, Education or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management or HR.
• Experience supporting regional or multinational organizations is preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
