Key Account Manager – Caribbean Region

About the role

Midea Group is seeking a Key Account Manager (KAM) to manage strategic relationships with distributors, retailers and B2B customers across the Caribbean region. The role drives business development, revenue growth and market‑share expansion while ensuring profitable and sustainable partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Build, develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers and B2B customers across Caribbean territories.
• Drive category growth through structured account plans, expansion initiatives and new business opportunities.
• Lead sell‑in and sell‑out strategies to achieve sales targets, increase market share and optimise channel performance.
• Oversee order processing, forecasting, inventory planning and coordination with supply‑chain to prevent stock‑outs.
• Coordinate marketing and trade‑marketing activations to strengthen brand presence and demand generation.

Required profile

• 4+ years of sales or related experience, including managing distributors or multi‑territory accounts.
• Experience in the Caribbean market and in the white‑goods/home‑appliances industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.
• Advanced English proficiency.
