IT Specialist – Level 2+ (4-5 yrs experience)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Specialist (Level 2+) with 4–5 years of hands‑on technical support and infrastructure management experience. In this role you will act as the escalation point for complex technical issues, oversee day‑to‑day IT operations, and assist with system administration, network management, and security protocols.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as Tier 2/3 escalation for hardware, software, network, and system issues, meeting defined SLAs.
• Manage identity and access solutions such as Active Directory, Entra ID, Okta, or Google Workspace, including provisioning and off‑boarding.
• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot local network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, Wi‑Fi) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Microsoft 365).
• Deploy, configure, and support Windows and macOS endpoints using MDM tools (Intune, Jamf) and enforce endpoint protection.
• Assist with infrastructure upgrades, system migrations, security audits and maintain clear technical documentation and knowledge‑base articles.

Required profile

• 4–5 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or desktop engineering.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities, excellent written and verbal communication, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities independently.

Required skills

• Windows and macOS enterprise environments.
• Active Directory, Entra ID, Okta, Google Workspace.
• Networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs.
• Cloud services: AWS, Azure, Microsoft 365.
• MDM tools: Intune, Jamf.
• Ticketing systems: Jira, ServiceNow, Freshservice.
• Scripting: PowerShell, Bash, Python.
