IT Operations Professional I – Bilingual

About the role

Concentrix is looking for a bilingual IT Operations Professional I to deliver end‑user support across desktop, network, telephony and application environments. You will maintain, troubleshoot, and upgrade hardware and software while ensuring incidents are resolved within agreed service levels.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line and escalated support for Windows and iOS workstations and laptops.
• Build, test, deploy, and patch operating system images.
• Install, configure, and maintain network and telephony equipment.
• Diagnose and repair hardware, software, and peripheral issues.
• Track and resolve tickets in accordance with SLA targets.
• Document procedures and contribute to knowledge‑base articles.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills in English and an additional language.
• Attention to detail and solid problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience providing technical support in a corporate environment.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet SLA commitments.
