IT Engineer - Tier 2 Support

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Tier 2 IT Support Engineer to join our growing team and manage the IT systems of our US‑based customers. As a Level 2 specialist you will work closely with Level 1 staff, resolve complex technical issues, liaise with vendors, and contribute to various projects.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and troubleshoot Active Directory, Group Policy, and server‑based technologies.
• Maintain Windows servers, operating systems, and email platforms (Office 365/Exchange).
• Configure and support network components such as RDP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and VPN.
• Collaborate on business solutions including cloud services, corporate email, anti‑spam, platform migration, and virtualization.
• Deploy, troubleshoot, and support Azure, Intune, SharePoint, and OneDrive environments.
• Serve as an escalation point for higher‑level hardware and software issues and participate in on‑call rotations.
• Test and support client backup solutions and implement security measures.
• Document procedures, troubleshooting steps, and system configurations.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in an IT Support role within a business environment; MSP experience preferred.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Foundational knowledge of IT infrastructures and networking components.
