Inventory Analyst III – Materials Management

About the role

The Inventory Analyst III ensures that production areas are stocked with the right materials at the right time, maintaining accurate inventory records in the ERP system. You will work closely with multiple functional teams to prevent material shortages and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory levels and master data for assigned work‑in‑process (WIP) areas.
• Enter and reconcile ERP transactions to reflect real‑time material status.
• Communicate with manufacturing, supply chain, and vendor teams to resolve material gaps.
• Analyze material issues that impact production and drive corrective actions.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional departments and plant work‑cell teams.
• Support environmental, health, safety, and quality initiatives (ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, EICC).

Required profile

• University degree in Supply Chain, Materials Management or a related field.
• Minimum two years of experience in inventory analysis, preferably in printed circuit board assembly manufacturing.
• Ability to work overtime, meet tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong communication skills and a focus on continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Experience with an ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
