Ingeniero Python Backend – I+D (Remoto)

About the role

BairesDev is looking for an experienced Python Backend Engineer to join its Research & Development team. The role is fully remote and focuses on building automation tools, data integration services, and maintaining high‑performance data infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement automation systems to configure, monitor, and orchestrate infrastructure and data pipelines.
• Develop data integration services that enable rapid onboarding of new clients.
• Ensure reliability, performance, and continuous support of the data infrastructure, delivering solutions aligned with application needs and projected growth.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of hands‑on experience with Python and Django.
• Strong background in object‑oriented programming (OOP) is desirable.
• At least 3 years of development experience using other programming languages.
• Proficiency with XML and relational databases such as Oracle, MS SQL, or MySQL.
• Extensive experience handling large data structures and algorithms.
• Advanced English communication skills.
