In-House Sales Executive

About the role

The In-House Sales Executive is a full‑time remote position responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding Fratello’s presence in the premium cigar market. You will manage both outbound and inbound sales activities, building relationships with new and existing retail partners.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new retail partners while nurturing existing accounts.
• Conduct follow‑ups via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
• Present product lines, explain features and benefits, and handle pricing and order details.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment and a high‑quality customer experience.
• Monitor sales performance, maintain accurate CRM records, and report market trends.
• Support promotional campaigns, trade‑show preparation, and brand‑building initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong sales and account‑management abilities, including prospecting, relationship building, negotiation, and closing.
• Excellent communication skills for phone, email, and video presentations.
• Comfort with remote‑work tools, CRM systems, and basic office software.
• Customer‑service orientation focused on retailer satisfaction and problem‑solving.
• Interest or knowledge of the premium cigar or consumer packaged goods industry is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple accounts.
• Previous inside‑sales, telesales, or business‑development experience preferred.
• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
