Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

Alorica is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to act as a strategic advisor and HR expert, aligning people initiatives with business objectives. You will support managers and employees across a range of HR functions while ensuring compliance and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Develop HR solutions by gathering and analyzing data, then recommending actionable plans.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Contribute to the creation of departmental goals, objectives, and performance systems.
• Provide employee‑relations counseling, outplacement support, and conduct exit interviews.
• Evaluate reports and outcomes against established goals and suggest improvements.
• Recommend new policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Human Resources.
• Strong ability to organize work, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Excellent leadership and organizational capabilities.
• Willingness and ability to work on‑site.
