Growth Marketer

About the role

We’re looking for Growth Marketers to help Base360 reach B2C brands, turning attention into sign‑ups, leads and customers. This hands‑on, entrepreneurial role lets you own channels, experiment fast and build our growth engine from the ground up.

Key responsibilities

• Own a growth channel end‑to‑end, setting strategy, running campaigns and being accountable for results.
• Generate leads and drive sign‑ups through paid, SEO, outbound and referral motions.
• Run fast experiments on hooks, audiences, funnels and offers, scaling what works.
• Leverage AI for research, copy, targeting, automation and speed.
• Build and optimise funnels and landing pages, obsessing over conversion metrics.
• Collaborate closely with the founder on positioning, messaging and growth priorities.
• Track all metrics, live in the data and tell clear stories about performance.
