About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Corporate Account Manager to join Minsait’s multidisciplinary teams in Santo Domingo. The role supports digital transformation projects, acting as the main point of contact for corporate clients and ensuring the delivery of high‑visibility, disruptive solutions across the value chain.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain continuous contact with clients, managing their portfolio, contracts and evolution requests (needs analysis, preliminary assessments, work‑plan compliance).
• Conduct daily follow‑up, define and monitor client priorities, and review tickets raised outside regular hours.
• Control incidents, track pending items, and keep economic records for the assigned portfolio.
• Prepare and deliver monthly forecasts, growth patterns and identify new opportunities.
• Oversee project portfolios, drive expansion and coordinate financial management activities.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience managing client portfolios, contracts and financial aspects.
• Strong analytical skills for needs assessment and forecasting.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
