About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Client and Corporate Account Manager to join our multidisciplinary teams at Minsait. You will work on high‑visibility digital transformation projects, acting as the main point of contact for our corporate clients and ensuring their evolving needs are met.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain continuous contact with clients, staying up‑to‑date on technological innovations.
• Manage a portfolio of corporate accounts, including contract administration and financial tracking.
• Support clients through the evolution process: needs analysis, preliminary assessments, and work‑plan compliance.
• Conduct daily follow‑ups, define priorities, and monitor ticket resolution outside regular hours.
• Prepare and update economic sheets for assigned accounts and deliver monthly forecasts, growth patterns, and opportunity reports.
• Oversee project portfolios, identify expansion opportunities, and act as a financial manager for the accounts.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience managing client portfolios and contracts.
• Proven ability to accompany clients through evolving requirements and deliver results.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
