About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead the commercial strategy of our hotel, ensuring revenue targets, segment profitability and competitive positioning are achieved.
Key responsibilities
- Direct and supervise the hotel’s commercial strategy, managing market segments, pricing and the sales team.
- Design and implement sales strategies for each market and segment.
- Define tariff structures, promotions and pricing plans.
- Negotiate and oversee commercial contracts and key accounts.
- Lead, develop and evaluate the performance of the sales team.
