About the role

Paradox Museum is launching its first location in Santo Domingo and seeks a dynamic, strategic Marketing and Sales Manager to lead brand awareness, visitor growth and revenue generation. Reporting to the General Manager and working closely with the international marketing team, you will shape the museum’s market presence and commercial partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy and campaign calendar.
• Manage digital channels including the website, social media, Google platforms and OTA listings.
• Coordinate paid media efforts such as Google Ads, Meta advertising, SEO and email marketing.
• Monitor KPIs, campaign performance, ROI and the marketing budget.
• Build and nurture partnerships with hotels, tour operators, schools, universities and corporate clients.
• Drive group sales, educational programs and corporate events.
• Identify new commercial opportunities and additional revenue streams.
• Maintain relationships with media, influencers and strategic allies.
• Lead PR activities, events and promotional campaigns.
• Prepare performance reports and present recommendations to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.
• 4‑5 years of experience in marketing, sales or business development.
• Experience in tourism, hospitality, entertainment or retail is a plus.
• Proven track record managing campaigns, budgets and commercial partnerships.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
