About the role

The Division Manager of Business and Marketing will lead the planning, development, and execution of strategic initiatives that unify efforts across product and service lines. This senior position ensures operational efficiency, market alignment, and a consistent digital experience.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and direct the creation and implementation of effective strategies to optimize operational and business processes for product and service offerings.
• Lead strategic initiatives focused on target markets and the institution’s product portfolio.
• Define and maintain the visual aesthetic of the digital experience, overseeing product and channel evolution together with development and design teams.

Required profile

• Graduate degree in Business Administration or Marketing; Master’s degree in a related field.
• Knowledge of agile ceremonies, backlog management, and team metric tracking.
• More than 5 years of experience in marketing channels, including digital marketing (CRO, UX, SEO).
• Proven experience with CRM tools and managing owned‑media campaigns such as email and push notifications.
• Experience designing and executing digital sales strategies, e.g., WhatsApp.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with agile teams.
