About the role

The company is seeking an Internal Audit Manager to design and execute the Annual Audit Plan, focusing on physical and documentary verification of inventories, assets, cash, billing and key operational processes.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, lead and follow‑up on financial, operational and compliance audits.
• Audit and supervise controls over inventory, fixed assets, cash registers and invoicing.
• Evaluate internal controls, identify risks, deviations and improvement opportunities.
• Conduct special investigations and validate compliance with internal and external regulations.
• Prepare executive audit reports with findings, risk levels, recommendations and action plans.
• Monitor timely closure of audit findings and promote operational efficiency and loss prevention.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in internal or external audit.
• At least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory audit role.
• Proven experience auditing physical inventories, fixed assets, cash, billing and operational processes.
• Experience in audit planning, execution, documentation and follow‑up.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
