Full Stack Developer (Java + Kotlin + React) – Remote – Latin America

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable backend services and APIs using Kotlin and Java.
• Develop responsive frontend features with React (or Vue/Angular) and TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Integrate frontend and backend systems and ensure seamless communication.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines and support continuous delivery of applications.
• Contribute to shared libraries and address complex technical challenges.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and deliver 40 hours per week.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree (four‑year college).
• Strong object‑oriented programming and software design skills.
• Experience building large, complex systems and working in Agile/Scrum teams.
• Attention to detail, positive mindset and ability to take ownership of work.
