About the role
The hotel is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to lead its reception team and ensure an outstanding guest experience. This position reports to hotel management and plays a pivotal role in daily front‑office operations.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee all front desk activities, including check‑in, check‑out and reservations.
- Supervise, coach and schedule reception staff to maintain high service standards.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints and special requests promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor front desk performance metrics and implement improvements.
Required profile
- Proven experience in leading a hotel reception or front desk team.
- Strong orientation toward guest service and satisfaction.
- Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
