Financial Analyst

About the role

The Financial Analyst supports the Division Controller and works with multiple departments to deliver essential financial and operational analysis. The role includes managing vendor payments, driving process improvements, and maintaining strong communication with internal and external stakeholders to optimize financial operations and support informed decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and administer payments to suppliers, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
• Lead strategic communication with both internal and external vendors.
• Analyze financial data and develop models to support strategic decision‑making.
• Assist in the creation, revision, and maintenance of budgets.
• Drive efficiency through the development of automated reporting and forecasting tools.
• Maintain a solid financial modeling foundation to support business initiatives.
• Create standard ad‑hoc reports, Excel dashboards, and decision‑support tools.
• Perform market research, data mining, and contribute to business intelligence efforts.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in financial analysis or a similar role.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and data‑gathering abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive problem‑solving attitude and proven business acumen.
• Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
