Financial Analyst – Business Operations

About the role

We are looking for a Financial Analyst focused on Business Operations to join a key project in the financial services sector. The role is based in Santo Domingo and offers a full‑time, on‑site position where you will support data‑driven decision making and stakeholder management.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial reports, dashboards and business performance metrics.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver insights.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support implementation.
• Maintain accurate financial models and ensure data integrity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in the financial sector, preferably banking or financial services.
• Strong logical and critical thinking abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Excel.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office applications.
