Finance & Accounting Strategist

About the role

Ziler is seeking a Finance & Accounting Strategist to support a U.S.-based client. The role focuses on turning financial data into actionable insights and partnering with business leaders to drive performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day general ledger accounting activities and post journal entries.
• Review, research, and analyze accounting transactions, including bank and expense classifications.
• Support month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close processes.
• Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and presentations for leadership.
• Participate in annual budgeting, financial planning, workforce planning, and capital budgeting initiatives.
• Build charts, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate key insights.
• Investigate accounting discrepancies and recommend solutions.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to align operational plans with financial goals.
• Analyze profit and loss across clients and business units and review pricing for proposals.

• 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a similar role.
• Professional‑level English (written and spoken).
