Field Operations Coordinator – Operations Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Field Operations Coordinator / Operations Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day execution of a large‑scale field project. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in operations, project coordination or project management and is comfortable managing distributed field teams. This role will ensure smooth operational processes, support field staff and keep project performance on track.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee daily field operations across the project.
• Manage communication and scheduling with distributed field teams.
• Monitor project progress, attendance, task completion and operational KPIs.
• Collect, review and maintain operational reports and project data.
• Identify and resolve operational issues, handling escalations as needed.
• Maintain accurate records, trackers and documentation using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Proactively flag operational risks and suggest solutions.

Required profile

• Previous experience in operations, project coordination or project management.
• Experience managing distributed field teams is highly preferred.
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving and people‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities and adapt to fast‑changing environments.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
