About the role

We are looking for a Junior Digital Advertising Specialist to join Triple M’s team in Santo Domingo. The role will support the planning, execution and optimisation of paid media campaigns for our clients, working closely with content and account teams.

Key responsibilities

• Create, set up and manage campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms.
• Monitor daily performance and adjust budgets, targeting, audiences and creatives.
• Track key metrics such as CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS and conversions.
• Identify optimisation opportunities and implement improvements.
• Prepare and deliver performance reports.
• Collaborate with content and account teams to enhance campaign results.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of hands‑on experience managing digital campaigns.
• Practical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Understanding of campaign objectives: awareness, traffic, lead generation and conversions.
• Strong analytical mindset to interpret metrics and make data‑driven decisions.
• Organised and able to handle multiple client accounts simultaneously.
