About the role

We are seeking a qualified Surveyor or Civil Engineer with strong topographic expertise to support road and bridge construction and reconstruction projects. The specialist will lead field surveys, layout verification, and data analysis to ensure precise execution of infrastructure works.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct topographic surveys for road and bridge projects.
• Execute and verify construction layouts according to plans and technical specifications.
• Process and analyze survey data to aid project planning and execution.
• Prepare topographic drawings, profiles, sections, and reports.
• Coordinate survey activities with engineering, supervision, and construction teams.
• Verify alignments, levels, and geometries of works in progress.
• Operate total stations, GPS/GNSS receivers, and electronic levels.
• Ensure accuracy and quality of all field data.
• Maintain up‑to‑date technical documentation related to the project.
• Support progress monitoring through periodic measurements and verifications.

Required profile

• Degree in Geomatics, Surveying, Land Surveying, or Civil Engineering with proven topographic experience.
• Active member of the relevant professional guild and licensed to practice in the Dominican Republic.
• Certified participation in at least five road or bridge construction/reconstruction projects.
• Demonstrated experience in topographic surveys, layout, and geometric control of infrastructure.
• Proficiency with topographic equipment (GPS/GNSS, total station, electronic level).
• Strong command of topographic processing software and CAD/drawing tools.
• Ability to interpret plans, technical specifications, and contractual documents.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
