Engagement Specialist – Remote Patient Appointment Setter

About the role

Patient Pro Marketing is seeking motivated Engagement Specialists to serve as the first point of contact for patients interested in minimally invasive procedures. Working remotely, you will build trust, gather essential information, and schedule consultations with partner clinics.

Key responsibilities

• Contact new patient leads promptly via outbound calls and follow‑ups.
• Conduct qualification conversations to understand patient needs and symptoms.
• Gather and verify patient details (name, DOB, address, insurance, contact information).
• Schedule consultations at the appropriate clinic, procedure type, date, and time.
• Explain next steps and set expectations for the clinic’s follow‑up process.
• Document all interactions accurately in the CRM.
• Escalate cancellations, insurance issues, or scheduling concerns as needed.

• Ability to handle objections and address patient concerns.
