About the role

The Digital Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of the consortium's digital marketing strategy. This role oversees all digital channels, campaigns, and content while ensuring alignment with brand objectives and effective communication.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement the digital communication and marketing strategy across all online platforms.
• Coordinate content creation, monitor performance, and continuously optimize digital actions.
• Conduct studies and analyses to boost the company's digital image and achieve measurable results.
• Prepare detailed reports on channel performance using statistical analysis and maintain up‑to‑date documentation.
• Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives and social media growth through defined KPIs.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, users, and digital communities to foster engagement and brand loyalty.
• Maintain and update website and digital platform content for Ethical, Fluter, and Euro, ensuring accuracy and proper product presentation.

Required profile

• Degree in Advertising Communication, Graphic Design, or Marketing.
• Proven experience managing social media channels.
• Strong sense of responsibility, innovation, consistency, and teamwork.
