Director, Segment and Channel Growth, Latin America

About the role

Eaton’s Protection, Control & Solutions business is seeking a senior leader to shape strategy and drive growth across a $590 M portfolio in Latin America. Reporting to the VP/GM, LATAM PCS, the Director will influence a highly matrixed organization and partner with regional leadership, marketing, portfolio and finance teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own the segment and channel perspective for assigned Latin American markets, defining priorities, value pools and growth opportunities.
• Translate customer insights, Voice of Customer feedback and market trends into actionable recommendations for regional strategy, portfolio and demand‑generation initiatives.
• Partner with Marketing, Portfolio Management, Commercial Excellence and Finance to shape “where‑to‑play” and “how‑to‑win” decisions.
• Lead five regional leaders and influence a matrixed organization to accelerate growth across Industrial, Data Center, Utilities, C&I/Residential and strategic accounts.
• Monitor segment performance, market share and adoption, providing corrective actions and contributing to forecasting and business reviews.

Required profile

• 10+ years of progressive experience in segment management, business development, marketing, commercial strategy or general management.
• Proven ability to turn customer and market insights into segment priorities and growth opportunities across multiple countries.
• Experience working in complex matrix organizations and aligning marketing, portfolio and commercial stakeholders.
• Latin America regional experience strongly preferred.
• Fluency in English and Spanish or Portuguese; proficiency in all three languages is a plus.
• Undergraduate degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
