Director, On-Premise & Commercial Execution – Caribbean

About the role

We are looking for a Director to lead on‑premise and commercial execution across the Caribbean region for The Coca-Cola Company. The role will shape channel strategies, align local markets with global objectives and drive profitable growth within the franchise network.

Key responsibilities

• Implement channel strategies based on OU playbooks, adapting them to Caribbean market realities.
• Oversee the execution of winning PICOS across relevant channels and ensure alignment with regional objectives.
• Secure resources and develop value‑creating solutions that boost beverage category incidence, profit and volume.
• Identify regional opportunities and support local operations in defining and launching initiatives.
• Champion data‑driven decision‑making using shopper insights, category management and analytics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or Management.
• 10+ years of leadership experience in commercial operations with strong channel strategy and execution expertise.
• Proven strategic, analytical and influencing abilities, with a track record of delivering results in fast‑paced environments.
• Regional experience and deep understanding of Caribbean market dynamics.
