Director of Operations

About the role

One Park Financial is looking for a Director of Operations to lead and scale its sales organization in Santo Domingo. The role combines strategic oversight of sales operations with hands‑on execution to drive aggressive revenue growth while fostering a high‑performance culture.

Key responsibilities

• Build, lead, and inspire high‑performing sales teams to exceed company objectives.
• Develop sales leaders through coaching, one‑on‑one sessions, role‑plays, and live feedback.
• Design and implement strategic sales plans that generate consistent revenue growth.
• Monitor and manage sales pipelines, ensuring operational excellence and follow‑through.
• Participate in high‑stakes calls and deal negotiations as needed.
• Conduct weekly team huddles, motivation sessions, and skill‑development workshops.
• Track performance metrics, identify improvement areas, and execute performance improvement plans.
• Partner with executive leadership to align sales strategies with company‑wide goals.
• Collaborate with Operations, Business Development, and Marketing to ensure process alignment and optimized lead flow.
• Maintain deep understanding of OPF’s products, value proposition, and industry trends.
• Represent OPF professionally in regional and international business engagements.
