Key responsibilities

• Guide and motivate the team to identify guest needs, provide tailored recommendations and achieve sales goals.
• Resolve high‑profile guest issues with empathy and professionalism.
• Collaborate with airport and operational teams to ensure seamless transfers and first impressions.
• Monitor performance, celebrate successes and use feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Identify training needs, support skill development and promote a positive work culture.
