Destination Services Sales Representative (Local Residents)

About the role

Join TUI as a Destination Services Sales Representative, supporting guests with online products and services while matching their holiday needs to the right solutions. You will work on‑site, representing the brand with a professional uniform and providing exceptional service at airports and hotels.

Key responsibilities

• Meet, coordinate, advise and sell to international guests.
• Resolve complex guest issues and provide on‑spot solutions.
• Assist guests with TUI’s online products and services.
• Identify guest holiday needs and match them with appropriate service solutions.
• Monitor sales targets, track performance and celebrate successes.
• Deliver service at airport and hotel touchpoints.

Required profile

• Positive, team‑oriented attitude and strong people skills.
• Confident communicator and seller, calm and empathetic in crises.
• Willingness to learn TUI’s technology, products and services.
• Fluent conversational English.
• Valid Dominican residency, right to work, and a driving licence with a car.

• Base salary starting from 335,8566.00 DOP gross per month.
• Average commission potential of about $1,500 USD per month.
