About the role

BairesDev is looking for a Customer Support Engineer to provide high‑level technical assistance to its clients worldwide. The role is fully remote and focuses on ensuring smooth operation of integrations and platforms through expert troubleshooting and clear communication.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve complex REST API issues to maintain seamless data exchange.
• Analyze application code and system logs to identify and document technical bottlenecks.
• Execute advanced SQL queries for data extraction and problem solving.
• Oversee technical onboarding for new partners, ensuring successful integration.
• Provide concise technical guidance to stakeholders, translating technical concepts into actionable steps.
• Proactively identify recurring error patterns and implement long‑term fixes to maintain system reliability.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Support Engineering or a similar customer‑facing technical role.
• Proven expertise in REST API troubleshooting and integration support.
• Strong ability to read and analyze application code and logs.
• Proficiency in SQL for data querying and advanced technical troubleshooting.
• Hands‑on experience managing partner onboarding and technical communications.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
