Corporate Scheduler – Construction Projects

About the role

The Corporate Scheduler will create and maintain detailed schedules for Prime Group’s construction projects, ensuring timely and efficient project delivery. Working closely with project managers, superintendents and field staff, the Scheduler monitors progress and updates timelines throughout the construction lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, distribute and regularly update project schedules, including two‑week look‑ahead plans.
• Maintain master schedules, track work performed versus planned, and record impacts of deviations.
• Collaborate with estimators during pre‑construction to develop baseline schedules.
• Upload and manage schedules in Autodesk Build and provide reports to project teams.
• Manage multiple project schedules simultaneously while supporting resource‑loaded and earned‑value reporting.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of experience in construction scheduling or a similar role.
• Degree in Construction Management preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction execution strategies and earned‑value measurement.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Project.
• Experience using Primavera P3 and Primavera P6.
• Skilled in Autodesk Build for schedule management.
• Ability to develop and maintain resource‑loaded schedules.
• Knowledge of Earned Value Measurement reporting.
