Coordinator Maintenance

About the role

The Maintenance Coordinator ensures that all manufacturing equipment and technologies operate reliably within the plant. This role monitors equipment performance, identifies improvement opportunities, and drives initiatives to boost efficiency and uptime.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee proper functioning and routine maintenance of production equipment and technologies.
• Assess technical condition and performance of equipment, proposing and implementing improvement measures.
• Coordinate preventive, standard, and predictive maintenance activities with equipment suppliers.
• Monitor warranty terms and ensure compliance with warranty periods.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, other departments, and external vendors to troubleshoot equipment and process issues.
• Identify recurring problems and recommend corrective actions.
• Lead and supervise a team of maintenance specialists, managing their daily tasks and performance.
• Prepare maintenance reports, overviews, and ensure adherence to safety, environmental, quality, and occupational health standards.
• Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance supplies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in industrial maintenance or equipment management.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate equipment performance and identify improvement areas.
• Leadership ability to coordinate and motivate a maintenance team.
• Excellent collaboration skills for working with engineering, suppliers, and cross‑functional departments.
• Knowledge of warranty management and compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
