About the role

We are looking for a Tax Coordinator to join a growing international firm, providing tax compliance, accounting and outsourcing support to a portfolio of national and international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor client tax compliance (income tax, VAT, withholdings and other obligations).
• Review accounting records and financial statements under IFRS, ensuring data quality and consistency.
• Oversee payroll, social security (TSS) and labor‑law compliance processes.
• Participate in tax inspections, audits and client queries, following up on required actions.
• Maintain direct communication with clients, delivering high‑quality service.
• Support team organization and follow‑up of assigned processes.
• Contribute to process‑improvement and financial transformation projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in audit, consulting or BPO firms.
• Proven experience in tax compliance and client management.
• Knowledge of Dominican tax legislation, IFRS, payroll and TSS.
• Advanced Excel and accounting‑software proficiency.
• Intermediate to advanced English for interaction with international clients.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.
