Commercial Manager – Off-Premise Business

About the role

Red Bull is looking for a Commercial Manager to lead its Off‑Premise business in the Dominican Republic. Based in Santo Domingo, you will be responsible for ensuring the brand is available in the right channels, at the right time, and in a profitable, sustainable way.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement a long‑term distribution model for the country, including annual investment and sales forecasts.
• Maintain optimal stock levels across distribution areas and monitor variables that affect brand performance.
• Build and nurture top‑tier relationships with distributors, establishing win‑win initiatives and perfect‑store standards.
• Own distributor order taking (sell‑in), profitability, and negotiate KPIs such as volume sales, promotional execution, and price compliance.
• Collaborate with Trade Marketing to develop training, recognition, and reward programs for distribution partners.
• Conduct regular store visits, analyze partner performance, and lead monthly review meetings.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and financial rigor with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Proven experience in commercial strategy, channel development, and route‑to‑market optimization.
• Excellent negotiation and influencing skills to align internal and external stakeholders.
• Leadership experience managing a small team of account and partner managers.
