Collections Analyst – Credit to Cash Cycle

About the role

The Collections Analyst supports TD SYNNEX's Caribbean Central America organization by managing the credit‑to‑cash cycle for product sales in the Dominican Republic. The role evaluates customer creditworthiness, oversees accounts receivable, and ensures timely order release based on credit limits.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze customer financial statements (balance sheets, income statements) to assess credit risk.
• Review trade payment reports to identify payment patterns.
• Examine security agreements, personal guarantees, and UCC filings.
• Manage accounts receivable for assigned customers, including collections and variance reconciliation.
• Maintain and adjust credit lines for the market or specific customers.
• Authorize customer order releases based on credit status and receivable balances.
• Identify and resolve root‑cause issues that disrupt the credit‑to‑cash process, collaborating with sales, operations, and customers.
• Perform additional duties as assigned and adhere to attendance standards.

Required profile

• High school graduate (Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in collections, credit, or finance.
• Proficient in English (minimum B2 level).
• Strong attention to detail, data‑entry accuracy, and basic mathematical skills.
• Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and communicate effectively with all management levels.
• Good organizational and time‑management abilities, capable of handling pressure and deadlines.
