About the role

We are looking for a call center trainer to join our company. In this role you will schedule and conduct training sessions for new and experienced agents, manage the training budget, and support employees to maintain productivity.

Key responsibilities

  • Prepare procedures and policies on sales techniques and appropriate agent conduct.
  • Schedule and deliver training sessions on various call‑center topics for new hires.
  • Train experienced agents on updated procedures to improve performance.
  • Observe daily operations, identify improvement areas, and provide on‑the‑job coaching.
  • Measure training effectiveness and prepare progress reports.
  • Manage the training budget.
  • Ensure agents maintain high productivity and customer‑satisfaction levels.

Required profile

  • Previous experience as a call center trainer or team leader.
  • Excellent knowledge of sales techniques and customer‑service best practices.
  • Strong teaching, mentoring and communication abilities.
  • Interpersonal and conflict‑resolution skills.
  • Leadership capability in a fast‑paced, stressful environment.
