Call Center Representative

About the role

Join an international healthcare organization as a Call Center Representative, handling high‑volume patient interactions with professionalism and care. You will be the first point of contact for patients seeking appointment scheduling, insurance verification, and general service information.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming patient calls promptly and courteously.
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments accurately.
• Provide information on services, providers, and clinic locations.
• Verify patient insurance details, including PPO, HMO, and other plans.
• Document patient interactions in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
• Coordinate with clinic staff to ensure smooth scheduling and communication.
• Maintain a compassionate yet professional demeanor in all interactions.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of call‑center experience.
• Professional English proficiency, both spoken and written.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with a patient‑focused approach.
• Ability to handle high call volumes while staying calm.
• Typing speed of at least 55 words per minute.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
