B2B Outbound Sales Representative – Cyber Security (Remote)

About the role

OutPLEX is seeking motivated outbound sales representatives to drive its Cyber Security program. This fully remote position focuses on engaging qualified B2B prospects, presenting tailored security solutions, and closing enrollments.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to pre‑qualified business prospects.
• Identify customer needs and match them with appropriate cybersecurity solutions.
• Handle objections confidently and steer conversations toward a close.
• Achieve individual sales and enrollment targets.
• Document all customer interactions and sales activities accurately.

Required profile

• Previous outbound or hard‑sales experience (mandatory).
• B2B sales experience is a strong plus.
• Proven closing and objection‑handling abilities.
• Results‑driven mindset with comfort meeting sales targets.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and multitasking skills.
